I loved how I could easily walk to the iconic Emirates Towers in just under 10 minutes, and with the Dubai Mall only a short drive away, it made my sightseeing truly effortless—I felt right in the heart of the city! The staff were also incredibly attentive and friendly during my stay, making sure I felt welcomed and comfortable.

i had a fantastic stay at four points! the staff were always friendly and helpful, making our family feel welcome. the two-bedroom suite with a city view was spacious, and we loved the complimentary shuttle service to both the mall and the beach. the location was perfect, literally just a 2-minute walk to the metro.

I had a fantastic time here, enjoying the stunning views from the rooftop pool and the relaxation of the sauna. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the lounge on the 43rd floor had a great vibe with cool music and tasty drinks. Just a heads up, the elevators were a bit crowded due to some renovations, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 😊

The suite offered an exceptional view of the Burj Khalifa, which was breathtaking each evening. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, and the staff displayed a genuine warmth that made meals enjoyable.

The hotel has a fantastic location near key attractions and a great rooftop bar. Room sizes are generous and service from the staff, especially during breakfast, was warm and attentive. However, housekeeping fell short one day, missing my room completely, which was frustrating.

Great stay with some hiccups

Had a nice 5-night stay, the view from our room was ace! Staff were super helpful, especially at breakfast – loved the buffet! But, be careful of the limo service. I got charged way more than it should've been, and the ride smelled funky. Also, would’ve been nice to use WhatsApp instead of their annoying app.

I stayed in a Classic King Room with a balcony, and it was super comfy. The bed was nice, and I loved the view of the Sheikh Zayed Road. The balcony was a perfect spot to chill. The room was pretty spacious and had good curtains for blocking out light. Only downside was the decor felt a bit outdated but it didn't bother me too much.

Exceptional staff made the stay memorable, especially Renju at the front desk, who ensured we got the room we desired despite a late arrival. The room was fantastic, featuring convenient bedside sockets and a clean environment, yet it was disappointing that balconies are off-limits for guests. The hotel provided complimentary shuttle service, which was a great perk. Homemade cakes were a highlight during my visit.
